Chemical safety & compliance platform
CloudSDS runs safety data sheets, chemical inventory, job safety analysis and training from a single record — so a hazard identified anywhere becomes a label, a report and a trained crew without anyone retyping it.

Search.
Organize.
Comply.
All four modules, screen-shared, walked through with your own chemical list. Three fields and we will come back with two times.

Why now
They are a data problem. The sheet, the inventory, the assessment and the training sit in four systems that disagree, and the disagreement only surfaces during an inspection or after an incident.
01 — Exposure
Citations, insurance reviews and litigation all ask the same question: was the current hazard information available to the person doing the work? A file store cannot answer it.
02 — Drift
Sheets on a drive, inventory in a spreadsheet, assessments on paper, training in an LMS. Each is maintained by someone else, and none of them updates when a formulation changes.
03 — Headcount
Most operations add buildings, contractors and chemicals faster than they add EHS staff. Manual upkeep is what gets dropped first, quietly, between audits.
The platform
Each module stands on its own and earns its keep alone. Together they close the loop from a chemical arriving on site to a crew trained on it — with the audit trail already written.
We digitize your chemical list, monitor manufacturer revisions, and give employees on-shift access to the exact sheet for the container in front of them — with the labels and reports that follow from it.
Containers are recorded by building, room and quantity against the same product record as the sheet. Threshold alerts and Tier II filings generate from live data instead of a clipboard survey each January.
Assessments pull the real chemical hazards for that task and location, record the controls and PPE the crew works under, and hand findings straight to training instead of a filing cabinet.
A new chemical or a JSA finding assigns the matching course to the affected employees, and completion returns to the record your regulator-facing reports already read from.
One record, four modules
Select a stage. The same product record carries the hazard forward — nothing is re-entered, and nothing can drift out of step.
Stage 01 — SDS Management
The product is identified against the manufacturer’s latest revision, its GHS classification is read into the platform, and the sheet is published to the sites that hold it. From this point the hazard exists once, as data.
Written to the record: product identity, supplier, revision date, hazard statements, pictograms.
Stage 02 — Chemical Inventory
Now the platform knows which crews the hazard belongs to and whether the site sits above a reporting threshold. The same entry drives the secondary label, the site binder and next year’s filing.
Written to the record: site, storage area, container count, quantity on hand, threshold status.
Stage 03 — JSA
The assessment inherits the chemical’s classification rather than a supervisor’s recollection, sets the controls and PPE, and captures sign-off in the field. Findings become actions with owners and dates.
Written to the record: task, crew, controls, PPE, residual risk, corrective actions.
Stage 04 — LearnLMS
A new hazard or a JSA finding assigns the matching course automatically, and completion lands back on the chemical record — which is where an inspector, an insurer or a client asks to look.
Written to the record: assigned course, completion date, competency, evidence trail.
How it works
01
Scanned binders, a shared drive, a purchasing export — any starting point, however incomplete.
02
Products matched to current sheets, duplicates merged, missing sheets requested from suppliers by us.
03
Per-location binders, QR access points, printed labels, and the modules you have switched on.
04
Revisions arrive flagged, reports stay one click away, and the library is audit-ready without a project.
API & integrations
Every module reads and writes through the same documented REST API, so the systems that already run your plant — ERP, purchasing, CMMS, HRIS — can query hazards and post containers without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
A new product on a PO creates or matches the record and triggers sheet sourcing on our side — before the drum reaches the dock.
Classification, pictograms, quantities and training status are queryable per product and per site, so a work order or a dashboard can carry them.
Revision published, threshold crossed, JSA finding raised, training completed — each fires an event you can subscribe to.
SAML or OIDC sign-in with sites and roles provisioned from your directory, so access follows the org chart automatically.

Platform walkthrough
One record, four modules, from receiving dock to training record
Industries
The chemicals, thresholds and inspectors change by sector. What does not change is that the sheet, the inventory and the training have to agree.
Multi-plant consolidation onto one chemical record, with per-line inventory and shift-ready access.
Unannounced surveys answered from a phone, disinfectant to sterilant, ward by ward.
Labs, shops and custodial closets on one list, with a QR station per building.
Treatment chemistry above threshold, with Tier II reporting generated from live quantities.
Night crews with offline mobile access and container scanning instead of a locked office.
Per-job-site hazard lists, JSAs on mobile, and training assigned before the first shift.

“The vast range of SDS has brought together several aspects, such as LMS, JSA, and the Chem library, making it even more impressive.”

Trust & governance
Superseded sheets stay retrievable with the dates they were live, because that is what a citation defence needs.
Who changed what, when, and which sites saw it — exportable for inspections and insurance reviews.
Classification, labelling and access follow the standard your inspector reads from, not our own scheme.
Full export of sheets, inventory and training evidence on request. No hostage clause in the contract.
Two-minute self-check
Answer honestly — nothing is sent anywhere. The score is only there to tell you where the exposure sits.
Could any employee reach the current sheet for a container, on shift, without asking a manager?
Do you know, today, which chemicals are on each site and in what quantity?
Would you be told if a supplier reissued a sheet with new hazard statements?
Can you produce a Tier II or hazard summary without a walkthrough first?
Do your job safety analyses use the hazards from the actual sheets on site?
When a new chemical arrives, does the affected crew get trained without someone remembering to email?

No. Most customers start with SDS Management and add Chemical Inventory, JSA or LearnLMS later. Modules share one record, so adding one is a switch, not a migration.
We do. You hand over whatever exists — binders, a drive, a purchasing export — and our team matches products to current sheets and chases the gaps with suppliers.
Each site gets its own binder view, reachable by QR station, browser or mobile — searchable by product, CAS number or container scan, and available offline where connectivity is poor.
A single-site library is typically live in weeks; multi-site rollouts run site by site so nobody waits for the whole estate. Your team’s involvement is measured in hours, not months.
That is the common case. Sourcing, revision monitoring and report templates are handled on our side, so an operations or facilities lead can own compliance without becoming a specialist.
You get a full export of sheets, inventory records and training evidence, including superseded versions with the dates they were live. There is no clause holding the library hostage.
